By accessing or using the Aperitif platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Aperitif provides a booking and reputation engine for private chefs, enabling them to capture guest testimonials and process bookings. We are a platform provider, not a catering service.

3. User Accounts

Chefs are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post fake reviews, misleading availability, or any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove accounts violating these terms.
